| Fabric characteristics |

The plain series is a thick linen-cotton fabric. The fabric is softly woven on a traditional shuttle loom and then washed to shrink. The difference in shrinkage between the cotton warp and linen weft threads further enhances the fabric's fullness. It can be washed at home. *Please follow the washing instructions.

|Transparency|

Although they are almost opaque, they are not blackout curtains, so if the room is bright at night, people's shadows may be visible. In this case, you can layer them with gauze curtains to make it harder for people to see through them.

| Precautions for linen curtains | *Please be sure to read.

Washing linen enhances its texture. Our curtains are always washed before shipping. However, because it is a natural material, the dimensions after washing may vary. As a result, the size of the delivered product may be slightly larger than the one you ordered. Please be aware of this.

*This product is made to order and will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive.

| Choosing a hanging method |

Tenjin Factory's curtains are based on the concept of using natural materials woven into a single piece of fabric with as few accessories as possible, allowing them to play with the sunlight and breeze at the window.
For this reason, the hanging method is simple.

You can choose from the following four types.

| How to measure |

First, measure the net size based on how the curtains will hang and the window frame. Then, add some extra space to this net size to get the actual size of the curtains.
*Net size refers to the size of the curtain without any allowance.

I. Net size in the length direction

1. Clip type
2. Tension rod without frills
3. Tab Style
4. Ribbon type

II. Net size in width direction

1. Functional rails
2. Decorative rails
3. In the case of tension rods
The length of the rod to be used.

III. Allowance (adjustment value)

A. Extra length

Usually it is the same as the net size.
However, for waist windows, it is common to make it slightly longer than the window frame.

B. Extra width

Clip type 1.15 times the net size is recommended
Tension rod (no frills) 1.1 times the net size is recommended
Tab Style 1.1 times the net size is recommended
Ribbon type 1.15 times the net size is recommended

About Returns
Our normal return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please send an email to contact@tenjin-factory.com to notify us that you want to return the product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping and Handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable. Also, there will be a 20% restocking fee except
if you’re returning an item because of a defect or missing part, or because it wasn’t what you ordered.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time
before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tenjin-factory.com
