This tablecloth is made from a unique fabric called selvedge linen, woven using traditional linen weaving techniques. Selvedge linen was common in the good old days. Its uneven surface, resulting from the unevenness of the weave, is its charm. Today, beautiful selvedge linen is disappearing, but it is still woven using old looms. For this reason, our shop continues to use old looms called flying shuttle looms. It comes in two sizes: a large size for larger tables, and a small size for smaller tables, but its square shape makes it suitable for round tables as well. Linen is also easily washable, making it perfect for the beach, camping, picnics, and more.

About Returns
Our normal return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please send an email to contact@tenjin-factory.com to notify us that you want to return the product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping and Handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable. Also, there will be a 20% restocking fee except
if you’re returning an item because of a defect or missing part, or because it wasn’t what you ordered.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time
before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
