返金ポリシー
商品到着時に破損していた等の当社あるいは配送業者側の理由による返品に関しましては、商品代金と送料を返金させていただきます。
返品商品が到着し弊社確認後、1～2週間ほどでご返金受け取り方法についてのメールをお送りしたします。
メールの記載案内に沿ってお手続きをお願いいたします。
●クレジットカード払いの場合：クレジットカード会社を通して決済金額の返金にて対応させていただいております。
ご返金手続き時に、ご利用のクレジットカード締め日により当初のご請求が確定していた場合は、一度引き落としとなり、翌月のご利用金額にて相殺またはご返金の対応とさせて頂きます。
※ご返金方法はカード会社により異なります。クレジットカード会社発行のご利用明細書で金額をご確認ください。
●銀行振込みの場合：ユーザー指定の銀行口座への振込みとなります。
※商品代金が送料無料設定金額を越えて無料であり、商品返品によって送料無料適用金額を下回った場合は、送料金額分を返金額より差し引いてご返金の対応とさせて頂きます。

About Returns
Our normal return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please send an email to contact@tenjin-factory.com to notify us that you want to return the product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping and Handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable. Also, there will be a 20% restocking fee except
if you’re returning an item because of a defect or missing part, or because it wasn’t what you ordered.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time
before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tenjin-factory.com
