These 100% linen towels have been carefully washed in pure water from Mt. Fuji to remove all impurities. The flat, pile-free surface feels soft against the skin, with minimal resistance, making them gentle to use. Linen has excellent moisture absorption and moisture-wicking properties, and dries quickly even during winter and the rainy season. They become softer with each wash, becoming more comfortable against your skin. They're thin and lightweight, so they don't take up much space. They can be used anywhere, including the bathroom, kitchen, gym, boat, beach, spa, sauna, camping, and fishing.

Linen softens with handling. It absorbs and releases moisture quickly and has excellent heat retention. The more you wear your linen fabric, the more elegant and soft it becomes, developing a flowing drape.

About Returns
Our normal return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please send an email to contact@tenjin-factory.com to notify us that you want to return the product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping and Handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable. Also, there will be a 20% restocking fee except
if you’re returning an item because of a defect or missing part, or because it wasn’t what you ordered.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time
before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tenjin-factory.com
