Tenjin-factory was introduced by the Palace Hotel Tokyo in "Palace Hotel Tokyo Magazine 2023 Issue 6", pages 58-59.

As its name suggests, the Palace Hotel Tokyo is located near the Imperial Palace. Furthermore, the Palace Hotel Tokyo has been awarded five stars in the hotel category in the Forbes Travel Guide 2023 for eight consecutive years.
