Pile-free towel

This jacquard-woven towel is crafted from cotton and linen, which absorbs and releases moisture quickly. It dries quickly, even in winter and rainy seasons. The waffle texture is gentle on the skin and durable enough to withstand the multiple washes that are a part of family life. This towel is pile-free, so it's thin and lightweight, taking up less valuable space in your home. The design is dotted with cute little flower motifs. The warp threads are made of ultra-fine cotton threads, approximately 100 strands per cm, and the weft threads are made of absorbent linen. The three-dimensional structure, called a waffle weave, allows for moisture absorption, and the lack of pile makes the towel temporarily absorbent. Furthermore, the use of linen also means that it dries quickly. Its light weight and compact size make it an ideal towel for the sauna, travel, business trips, leisure activities, and more.

    About Returns
    Our normal return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    Please send an email to contact@tenjin-factory.com to notify us that you want to return the product.

    Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
    and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
    Shipping and Handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable. Also, there will be a 20% restocking fee except
    if you’re returning an item because of a defect or missing part, or because it wasn’t what you ordered.

    Late or missing refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time
    before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items
    Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tenjin-factory.com
