|　生地の特色　|

gauzeシリーズは、リネン100％の透け感のあるガーゼ調の薄い生地です。レースの代わりにお使いいただけます。特徴は、太陽の光が木漏れ日のように優しく差し込むところです。また、昔ながらのシャトル織機でふんわり織り上げた布は、風によくなびきます。ご家庭で洗濯できます。※ただし、洗濯は洗濯表示に従ってください。

透け感は、一般的なレースカーテンに近い感じです。間接的に優しく光を通します。

 

 

 

予め、生地を確認したい場合は有料（￥1,000税込み、送料込み）となりますが、生地サンプルもご用意しています。

|　リネンカーテンの注意点　|　※必ずお読みください。

リネンは洗うことで風合いが増していきます。弊社のカーテンは出荷前に必ず洗ってからお客様のもとへお届けしております。ただし、自然素材のため、洗い後の寸法がその都度違うという特徴があります。これにより、納品時のサイズはご注文のものよりも若干大きくなっている場合があります。この点について、予めご了承ください。

The shipping cost is ¥1,000 to ¥3,000 for orders below ¥29,999. Orders above ¥30,000 are free shipping.

The orders will usually be shipped within 3 to 14 business days.
Every order will be shipped directly from our Japanese factory. You will be responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees associated
with receiving your order to tenjin-factory.com.

About Returns
Our normal return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please send an email to contact@tenjin-factory.com to notify us that you want to return the product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping and Handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable. Also, there will be a 20% restocking fee except
if you’re returning an item because of a defect or missing part, or because it wasn’t what you ordered.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time
before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tenjin-factory.com
